Stayed with Ashley (my Maid of Honor) in San Antonio, finally met her beau, and did the river walk - a favorite of mine because of all the fairy lights, but largely overdone for the locals.

We found out her family's house is on the National Register of Historic Places - we stayed in a historic location!

Drove quickly by the Alamo - another local favorite ;-)
